GET INVOLVED

SPONSOR A RESIDENT

When you sponsor a resident, you help that person achieve a peace of mind.

Sometimes, life can get so tumultuous and people will find themselves at rock bottom with no means to help themselves at all.

It is at that very moment that an unselfish hand-up is needed.

There are three levels of resident sponsorship (Daily, Weekly, and Monthly). It can be something that you do as an ongoing commitment, or just a one-time act of kindness.

You can anonymously donate to Keio's House with instructions for your donation to be applied to a resident in need, or you can schedule an appointment to personally meet a resident in need that will receive your sponsorship.

However you decide to support, your compassion and contribution will be greatly appreciated.

VOLUNTEER

Should your heart possess the desire to help those in need, we welcome you. Our volunteer needs range from helping prepare daily meals; counseling from Licensed Professional Counselors; just spending some recreational and leisure time with the residents; assisting with household up keep; picking up items from the food pantries, etc.

Volunteering offers vital help to people in need, worthwhile causes, and the community, but the benefits can be even greater for you, the volunteer.

Volunteering and helping others can help you reduce stress, combat depression, keep you mentally stimulated, and provide a sense of purpose. While it’s true that the more you volunteer, the more benefits you’ll experience, volunteering doesn’t have to involve a long-term commitment or take a huge amount of time out of your busy day.

CORPORATE SUPPORT

Receiving corporate support through partnerships and sponsorship have proven to be very essential, as it pertains to long-term sustainability for the additional services we provide.

If you are a part of a company that seeks to provide resources and services to those in need, we look forward to hearing from you.

Our residents can benefit from corporate support including, but not limited to, health screenings, GED or high school equivalency programs, continuing education, trade schools, job training and certifications, transportation assistance, recreational activities, and more.

If you have a specific idea of support in mind, please do not hesitate to contact us.

We thank you in advance for your time, consideration, and contributions.
